Terms & Conditions

Our quotations are valid for 14 days and are based on our understanding of your requirements at the time of quoting. We reserve the right to vary this quote if your requirements change as the job progresses.

Our quotations allow for a maximum of two (2) drafts - further drafts will incur charges for author's changes.

There is a minimum charge of 1 hr on all jobs.

We may request a deposit (minimum of 1/3 of quoted price +GST) before commencement of work. All branding conceptual development work is charged at 1/3 deposit on commencement and the remainder at conclusion of the conceptual process and acceptance of the presented concept.

All web site and package design work is charged at 1/3 deposit on commencement, another 1/3 at 30 days from commencement, and remaining 1/3 at 60 days from commencement or upon completion, whichever comes first.

Where projects are ongoing, we reserve the right to invoice at the end of each calendar month for the work completed in that month.

You are responsible for providing all final text/content for the project. Copy writing/editing, stock photos, sourcing photos, conversion of photos for print or web, illustrations, scanning, proofs and CD burning will incur additional charges.

Couriers will be used as required and charged accordingly.

Unless otherwise stated, our payment terms are strictly 30 calendar days from the date of invoice. Interest at a rate of 5% per month may be charged on overdue accounts. Any queries about invoice charges must be put in writing within 14 days of the invoice to be considered. Ownership of materials and copyright remains with Tangelo Creative until full payment is received.
