Pinjarra Bakery is a family business that started in 1994. They are a bit of an institution for people travelling on the SouthWest Highway to call in for a pie. They also have a café in Waroona and have just opened a city base in Maddington.
20 years in business, opening a new store and implementing a succession plan, gave the Pantaleo family a lot of reasons to update their branding. They have clear goals for increasing customer numbers and average spend. Although they knew their branding needed to be updated and modernized but they still wanted to keep the wholesome, approachable and family-oriented feel they had.
We started with our discovery process to really understand the essence of the Pinjarra Bakery brand, their business goals and opportunities for the future. Based on this, we created a marketing strategy and a series of campaigns.
We then worked with them to better tell their story through words and photography and created their new branding. The branding uses strong images, type and complementary graphics, allowing it be rolled out in-store, on social media and the web, on signage and all printed material.
